内容記述 This study intends to investigate the effect of classroom management on the learners’ achievement. Classroom management is a complex concept that has a crucial effect on the learning process of every student. A lot of teachers struggle to find the right techniques to manage their classrooms. This study seeks to find this relationship of classroom management and learners’ academic results by reviewing previous research papers and consolidating their common points. A review of nineteen research papers was concealed to come up with a conclusion and a discussion base. The papers were categorised according to the factors that the researchers found to be dominating in the influence of practicing good classroom management strategies that lead to learners’ good academic achievement. These categories were 1) classroom environment which was discussed by three papers, 2) teacher training and seminar exposure, which was discussed by nine papers, 3) behaviour and discipline, which was discussed by six papers and 4) leadership styles, which was discussed by one paper. It is of high hope that this paper will help educators in planning for teaching and learning of students.
