| 内容記述 | This study examines the effect of team building activities on snow in the heavy snowfall area of Hokkaido. The subjects of the survey were the members of the H University I School soccer team who participated in the team building training on snow 2021. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Japanese version of the Collective Efficacy Questionnaire for Sports（CEQ）and 37 data were collected. The results of the analysis of variance on the total score showed that the main effect of the time of the survey was significant. It showed that the main effects were significant for the “persistence,” “preparation,” and “unity” factors. |
