内容記述 Our previous study indicated that the ladder training by the bared foot on the spot improved the standing jump ability in physical education program for school children. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the ladder training on the spot by the bared foot on the aspect of motion analysis. Participants were male and female students (n=18) of local elementary school. They were divided into control and experimental groups. The ladder exercises in physical education class were introduced under the conditions of the shod foot in control group and the bared foot in experimental group. The ladder program on the spot set 11 items consisting of sequential motions which were required for the improvement in the physical capacities of speed and agility, and performed three times a week during 3 weeks in both groups. The statistical treatment indicated that the achievement levels of standing long jump in the experimental group were significantly improved after 3 weeks. Finally one boy and two girls who were most improved in standing long jump after the bared ladder training sessions were selected to analyze their skills of standing long jump. After the training sessions, their skills of standing long jump were improved over 10% in average. The motion analysis show that their improvement of their skill in standing long jump depended upon the optimization of flight distance, take-off angle, initial velocity in take-off, and forward-bent posture. The other items of analysis were individually different. The present study shows that the benefits of the bared ladder training have a major effect on improvement of coordination of standing jumping skill for children. This finding can extract useful information for educational guideline to incorporate ladder drills into physical education program.
